Card Pos Old credit card 16 years old kill me now?
When I was 16 my mom decided to put a credit card in his and my name. I never signed anything or talked to anybody agree to anything. I just received the card one day. and now I'm 21 and I just check my credit and my mom went crazy with the delay in payments and is the most balance. I mean the end of each month during the last 1-2 years … I was trying to find out why was having trouble getting a loan of April low. this is stupid because I had no credit when I received the card, I have no more and havent had since I was 18 and never agreed or signed anything. Basically I get my name on this card without paying towards my mom balance?
