I recently started dieting and I am very seriously. I bought a gym. I am exercising an hour each day (combo of biking, walking, and elliptical .. and the final weight) I have also read a lot of information about weight loss and I am tracking my calories (food and burned) on a website. I know the importance enough of vitamins, proteins, etc. I think that by this time. My question is for tips on healthy snacks. I know I'm supposed to be eating 5-6 times a day to keep my metabolism going, etc and I can definitely make breakfast, lunch and dinner. My problem comes in the middle. I am a kindergarten teacher, so I really do not have time during the day for snacks. And if I do, students want some (which will create a mess of problems) and that they are supposed to have nothing. Any ideas in a form that can be made to incorporate an aperitif or a supplement to my day? If so, any Reccommendations? Thank you!
